Return And Cancellation Policy

We strive to offer seamless and reliable services by reselling subscriptions and digital goods from renowned international brands. However, we understand that there may be instances where returns are necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns will be processed.
Eligibility for Returns
Digital Goods:
Returns for digital goods are available only in cases where the product is found to be defective, not as described, or inaccessible. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or as per the guidelines prescribed by the partner platform(s), along with a detailed explanation and relevant screenshots or other evidence supporting the claim.
Subscriptions:
Returns for subscription services can be considered under the following conditions:
• The subscription service was not activated or accessed by the customer.
• There was a billing error or incorrect charge.
• The subscription was purchased in error, and the request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
• The international brand associated with the subscription has approved or acknowledged the return request.
Non-Returnable Cases
• Change of Mind: Returns are not available for customers who change their minds after purchase.
• Partial Usage: If a digital good or subscription has been partially used or accessed, returns will not be provided.
• Third-Party Disputes: Return requests arising from third-party disputes will not be entertained.
• App Credits & Vouchers: Returns for app credits/vouchers are not allowed since once they are applied to an account, they cannot be reverted.
Return Process
To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support team at accounts@pokibit.com with your order details, reason for the return, and any supporting documentation. We aim to resolve return requests within 10 business days. Approved returns will be processed using the original payment method.
Currency and Fees
Returns will be issued in the original currency of purchase. Any transaction fees, exchange rate differences, or bank charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend this return policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website.
