- Delayed Delivery: In rare instances (e.g., technical issues, payment verification, high demand), delivery may take up to 2 hours. In such cases, customers will be notified via email or SMS.
3. Delivery Method
Digital products are delivered through the following methods:

- User Dashboard: Available under the user’s account on Pokibit under “My Orders” or “My Vouchers.”
Ensure your email address and account details are accurate and accessible to avoid delivery issues.
4. Non-Receipt of Product
If you do not receive your product within the expected timeframe:

- Log in to your Pokibit account and navigate to the “My Orders” section.

5. Incorrect Email Address or User Error
Pokibit will not be responsible for:
- Incorrect email addresses entered by the customer.
- Purchases made in error (e.g., wrong platform, region-locked codes).
- Redeemed or expired codes due to customer mishandling.

6. Refunds for Failed Deliveries
